About the Chef
Adrian's cooking career did not begin till his late teens. Inspired by
seeing a chef in the field with a farmer, he left university to pursue
his new found passion. After achieving success in culinary school,
Adrian began working on a long term plan that would see him move up to
become a chef in many of the areas finest restaurants. At
restaurants such as Rowena's Inn on the River, La Folie, and Cafe Il
Nido Adrian would receive the attention of many highly regarded and
respected food writers
Throughout this time Adrian has constantly pursued his passion for using
the freshest of ingredients; sourcing out local suppliers of organic
cheese, fruits, vegetables, and meats. He has participated in such
events as The Feast Of Fields and has shared his enthusiasm for our
areas bounty through cooking demonstrations at local farmers markets.
