The following menus are designed to inspire and give a foundation from which to work from. We realize that each client has individual needs and therefore none of the following menus are on a “as they come basis” and you are certainly not limited to the menus we have provided.
We prefer to work with what is on hand, what is freshest and what the chef is finding inspirational at the time of your event, but we also realize that many of us our visually driven…hence our : Sample Menus!!
