Payment and Terms

The Host shall pay The Seasonal Experience a total fee for its services as follows:

25% is due at the time the event is booked

Additional 35% is due 1 month prior to the event

The balance including a 15% gratuity and 5% GST is due upon arrival    on the day of the event.

The initial deposits are based on the estimated number of guests. If the confirmed number is different the final invoice will be adjusted

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

One month or more you forfeit the initial deposit

 Less than one month's notice you forfeit the 35% deposit and the initial deposit

 Guaranteed numbers are due one week before:  The guaranteed number is what you, the client, will pay for even if less attends. 

 The Host shall make payments by cheque made payable to The Seasonal Experience

(We also accept Visa, MasterCard and debit)
